Known for her imaginative teaching that brings Bible stories and other spiritual principles to life through yoga, Sarah is recognized as an innovator in the Christian yoga movement, particularly in the areas of kids yoga and adaptive yoga for people with disabilities. She is passionate about teaching kids of all ages to connect with the God who loves them through movement and meditation. Sarah has developed yoga curriculum and trained 125+ adults to teach children’s yoga in a way that honors the ancient practice while cultivating a deeper spiritual connection to the Christian faith tradition.
For many years, Sarah worked with children and adults with disabilities as a parent educator and developmental specialist. She loves watching children learn through play and the way in which yoga teaches children to connect with themselves and others.
