Donna is passionate about sharing yoga for kids and teens. Her personal practice began in 1996 when expecting her oldest child. It was love at first asana. Since then she has used her expertise in the classroom, love of children, creativity and enthusiasm for yoga to teach thousands of youth throughout Alberta, Canada. She attends numerous conferences annually giving kids yoga workshops to professionals and special interest groups.

Yoga In My School is the most extensive on-line reference site for kids and teen yoga with over 500 articles, interviews, product reviews, videos and more. Her book, Once Upon a Pose: A Guide to Yoga Adventure Stories for Children, has been described as indispensable.

She founded Kids Yoga Academy to provide premier professional development to the ever growing kids yoga community worldwide.
